| T&R Marine Corporation, the manufacturer,
agrees to repair or replace any product or part thereof, of its
manufacture when necessary as a result of defects in workmanship
or material arising within one (1) year from the date of purchase.
This applies to only to the original purchaser and must be returned
to the manufacturer prepaid, accompanied by the invoice or purchased
ticket. This warranty shall not apply to any product or component
thereof which has been repaired or altered outside the factory
in any way so as, in the manufacturer's judgment, to affect its
stability or reliability, nor due to misuse, negligence or accident,
nor shall the warranty apply to any product or components made
by the manufacturer which has not been operated or installed
in accordance with the manufacturer's printed instructions. In
no event will T&R Marine Corporation be liable for any incidental
or consequential damages. This applies only to the replacement
or repair of products manufactured by T&R Marine Corporation,
and not to any replacement labor expenses. All warranties are
void on the following application, conditions and installations:
(1) commercial boats; (2) competition boats; (3) improper installations;
(4) engine horsepower exceeds the U.S. Coast Guard maximum horsepower
rating for the boat. |
